Some Federal Judges will have increased security after an appeals court decision yesterday that left the block of the Trump’s travel ban in place, a decision, Trump has shown his dissatisfaction with.

Threats have already been made to more than one judge who has ruled recently on Trump’s executive order on immigration. While threats against judges are not unusual and they do have security in place, recent threats are being taken seriously. The threats have prompted local law enforcement and security personnel to increase security and heighten their vigilance.

Trump, who has not made threats to judges directly, has certainly cast a bad light upon judges with his base. Think about it, John Lennon was shot and killed for lesser reasons by a crazed fan.

After Judge Robart’s decision to block Trump’s travel ban five days ago, Trump tweeted “Just cannot believe a judge would put our country in such peril. If something happens blame him and court system. People pouring in. Bad!”

After an appeals court upheld Robart’s decision, last night Trump took to Twitter again and tweeted, “SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!”

The two statements could be more than enough to cause a zealous supporter to attempt something stupid, like try to assassinate one of those judges. So, while Trump himself is not making threats, he is certainly creating a climate that could cause harm to those in our judiciary.

The unanimous ruling of the three-judge appeals court panel means Trump’s immigration and travel bans on seven Muslim Countries will remain blocked. It’s not difficult to imagine some Flag-waving backwoods hick throwing a loaded weapon into his pick-up truck and heading out to make things right and protect the country. Some of these, so called, “patriots” come unhinged easily.

At this point, I believe we are more likely to see a domestic terror attack on one of the nation’s federal judges, than see a terrorist attack from someone entering the US legally from another country. In other words, the threat we now face is greater from within that anywhere else.

Trump’s vile fifth-grade level language is going to appeal to the lowest common denominator in this country – you know – some of those still proudly display those Trump/Pence signs in their front yard.
